We will refund or replace any order that is damaged or faulty when delivered provided that evidence is given of the fault either through a photograph or by return of the faulty goods. In this instance we will pay the cost of the return postage. Notification of the fault/damage must be given within 30 days of the date of order.
We will refund the cost of unwanted goods provided that they are returned in the original packing and are fit for resale. The refund will exclude our postage costs and the return postage costs. Notification of a return must be made by the customer within 30 days of order placement.
From time to time, our suppliers will change the product image but leave the contents unchanged. We reserve the right to sell whichever covers we have in stock, providing the contents are identical. In addition, the colours supplied may change slightly, this is beyond our control but we are happy to replace stock if you are dissatisfied.
